About Us
Todd and Alicia Yancey met in 2009 at Montreat College where they served together through Young Life. They began dating in 2011 while Alicia was living in Jaco, Costa Rica for her college internship and Todd was visiting US National Parks. They married in 2012 and a year later moved to Charleston, S.C. They have been living in Charleston for the past 5 years where Todd works as a Youth Pastor for Saint Peter's Church and Alicia works as a local coffee shop manager. They both love being with people, laughing a lot, drinking lots of coffee, and playing with their two dogs River and Cali.

They have accepted God's call on their lives to serve with Horizon Church in Jaco, Costa Rica. Todd will join the staff as Horizon's Youth Pastor and Alicia will as the Missions Coordinator. There are many other ministries that they will be serving along side such as kids' clubs, teaching in one of the local schools, ministering at the women's prenatal center, and assisting with the homeless ministry.
Todd and Alicia are excited and humbled for the opportunity to extend God's love on those in Jaco. They are excited for what God is doing in and through them and would love for you to be a part of their journey!
